Understanding the power of communications, with employers/employees, colleagues, customers and others. Skills and strategies for effective communications at all levels. Ways to build rapport, relationships and teams.
V. Leadership
What it takes to be a leader. How everyone can lead. Being a model and modeling others. Creating & nurturing teams and team environment. Multiplying successes through effective leadership.
